These TCS define the terms under which Freshizio sells its products to customers via the website www.freshizio.com.

2. Products

The products available for sale are those displayed on the website on the date of consultation. Each item is described as accurately as possible. Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only.

3. Prices

Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes. Shipping fees are indicated before the order is confirmed. Freshizio reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the rate in effect at the time the order is placed.

4. Orders

Placing an order on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TCS. Once the order is validated, a confirmation email is automatically sent to the customer.

Freshizio reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute or if any irregularity is detected in the order.

5. Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other secure payment method offered on the website. Payment is due immediately upon ordering. No shipment will be made without full payment confirmation.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen.

Freshizio cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure events.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period starting from the date of receipt of the product.

To exercise this right, you must contact us at: contact@freshizio.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The returned product must be intact, unused, in its original packaging, with all labels attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

9. Warranties

All products sold are covered by the applicable legal warranties:
