1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • Clean and in perfect condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Returned with all accessories included

Any product that is incomplete, damaged, or used will not be eligible for a refund.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or if the product is defective upon receipt.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Orders returned after the 14-day return period
